The Platform facilitates the creation of tokens and virtual worlds but does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of any kind.

• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions

The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Solana blockchain, Roblox, and various wallet providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blox.fun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.
